Yeah, but height is a way too big factor. You can be an awesome football (soccer for you americans) player without remarkable physical appereances, for example Messi!
I think all sports take an equal amount of skill to be good at, some may be easier to learn and get used to, but being professional at least is always tough... unless you're naturally good at it ;)
I respect every single sport out there, none of them are easy but I'd have to go with soccer for skill and finesse needed plus you have to be able to run non stop the entire time while playing your position and thinking. then you have sports like cycling where you have to do races that are over 100 miles long which not only kills your entire body but the strategic aspect that most spectators can't even see is half the battle as well. This might be off topic but le Tour de France is by far the hardest sporting event in the world.
its muscle memory and sick depth perception with court long sprints, i think those soccer players who kick goals through the other team are crazier
ReplyDeleteI agree, basketball is quite the sport
ReplyDeleteSoooo true. Football players are just huge and run fast. Baseball players swing a stick. It actually takes skill to be a basketball player.
ReplyDeleteIt's doesn't require as much physical superiority for example; Swimming, running or cycling. Just skill, so I'll have to agree with you there.

ReplyDeleteI have to agree that soccer requires much more of your body.
ReplyDeleteHow about hockey?

ReplyDeleteI don't know, I think just about any combat sport blows basketball out of the water.
ReplyDeleteI think Rugby is the more skillful out of the mainstream sports :)
